It was not clear during what time frame the pre-ordered item would be shipped out, and it was not shipped until I reached out for an update.
The pre-order was a rather long wait, but my order was fulfilled perfectly and I absolutely love it so I don't mind it at all. As long as the quality of product and service stay superb, then I'll happily keep coming back, especially for these Hololive collabs!
I haven't rolled any of the dice sets yet (I'd like to get them their own tray and dice bag first) but everything turned out amazing and comfortably snug. I'll be putting in another order in the future!
