Are your products unique to your dice company?
Misty Mountain Gaming is renowned for bringing intricate and unique designs to their products. Nearly all our sets are designed by MMG’s in-house design team! We regularly collaborate with artists, creators, and designers outside of our organization to keep our dice fresh and exciting! These sets are only available through Misty Mountain Gaming or a Misty Mountain Gaming retailer.

How fast do you deliver my product?
Our dedicated warehouse team typically fills orders within a single business day after it is placed, to get you rolling ASAP! Occasionally high order volumes may slow the fulfillment time, but speedy satisfaction is always our goal!
Once your package has been turned over to the courier, it is (literally) out of our hands. We typically pay for shipping that is meant to be delivered within 3-5 business days to addresses within the continental US, with international orders expected to be delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending on their ultimate destination.

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping on all of our products. Be sure to enter the correct details for your shipping address.

What are the expected delivery charges?
We proudly offer free shipping for all domestic orders in the USA, with free shipping to Canada on orders over $75 and free international shipping for orders over $125.
Can I send your products as a gift?
Yes! When it comes time to enter a shipping address, please include the address of the intended recipient in order to get them their awesome gift.
Why is my order late?
One of our top priorities is to deliver your order within expected delivery timelines. If your order goes past this, please reach out to us so we can resolve this issue for you in a timely manner and make sure everything is on track.
You always receive package tracking information when your shipping label is created. Be sure to check the tracking before reaching out to us, so we can use the latest information.
I haven’t received my package. It may have been lost or stolen. What can I do?
We offer shipping insurance through Route, an industry leader in shipping insurance! It’s an option available to all our customers at checkout. Whatever may happen to your insured package, you can follow their very simple claims process to have a replacement order sent to you in minutes!
I’ve received a faulty/damaged or incorrect product. Can I make a return request?
Yes, we offer a 30-days return/exchange policy for all of our orders. Shipping costs for returns are payable by the customers if there was nothing wrong with the order.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can request a refund or exchange when you return your undamaged item. The refund will be issued once we’ve received your return and have reviewed the item’s condition.
What payment methods are available when purchasing your products?
