We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Unless the item arrives broken or damaged in any way, the buyer is responsible for return shipping if the buyer didn't opt into Checkout+. The refund or exchange item will be issued after the item is received by our team in good condition.

Returns and exchanges of convention purchases can only be processed at the event where the purchase was made.

By their nature, all sales of our Dice Mystery Bags are final! No individual contents nor entire bags may be returned or exchanged.
