One free replacement
No questions asked. Further claims need approval from our brand manager and our owner.
Not covered
Loss and theft, and internal cracks in stone and glass. We replace the damaged die, not the whole set.
Replacement shipping
$5 in the US, $10 to Canada, $20 international. Stone replacements take 4 to 6 weeks as they are often made to order.
