To he honest, I did not expect this weight and quality. Once you hold them in your hand, you feel the quality. Details are precise and finely crafted. I do random dice tosses in my regular life just because I like to use them. No joke. Note that I used them on marble tables and no scratches.

I placed an order nearly two weeks ago and have yet to receive any update regarding its status. During that time, I sent multiple emails requesting information, but none of them have received a response. The complete lack of communication has been extremely frustrating and has left me questioning whether I will ever receive my order.What makes the situation even more disappointing is that I continue to receive automated marketing emails encouraging me to make additional purchases, despite already having a paid order pending and no response to my inquiries. As a customer, receiving promotional emails while being unable to get even a basic update on an existing order feels discouraging and unprofessional.I understand that delays can happen, but a simple acknowledgment or status update would go a long way toward maintaining customer confidence. Unfortunately, my concerns were made worse when my previous review describing this experience was removed or deleted instead of being addressed. Rather than resolving customer concerns, deleting critical feedback creates the impression that negative experiences are being hidden rather than corrected.Based on my experience so far, I would advise potential customers to be aware that communication and customer support may be lacking.
