Beautiful set and I love the color and slight smoothness. The packaging came in a mimic chest which makes it prefect for shelf display, and completely on point for Frieren. 🩵
Played a wizard the first time I used these. First roll was a Nat 20. 10/10.
The numbers on the d20 are a bit small, but up close they're easy to tell what each one is. The colors and number design look incredible, and all the dice feel solid. They feel almost as light as an acrylic or resin set, but are just heavier enough to really feel them roll. The only thing I would change is having a full set of 4d6 instead of just one.
Oh, and watch out for the mimic teeth - they're a bit sharp.
It is probably my fault but I thought the mimic case was an option to go with this set. The dice themselves are great even though I didn't get to roll them last session, but the cheap cardboard mimic chest is really annoying for getting and putting the dice in and out, they are too deep inside for displaying the dice very well either. I don't have any other anime theme dice sets but I have other fancy dice just as pretty that where cheaper and came in nice metal cases with clear tops for displaying purposes.
The dice are perfect! They came in a quality mimic box and were everything I hoped they'd be. The color is so beautiful, and the ink color complements it so well. I am really happy with my purchase and can't wait to use them in my next game!
