Before you order
Questions we actually get.
Most of these say pre-order. When do they ship?
Pre-order items are still in production, and several designs are still being finalised with COVER, which is why the listings say the final version may differ. Each product page carries its own estimate. Once your order is fulfilled you get a tracking number by email.
Are these officially licensed?
Yes. Every piece here is made under licence with COVER Corp. Talents are involved on some of the designs: Hakos Baelz designed her own D6 and box art live on stream, and her set was developed with her voice actor Tabitha Garland.
What is in a seven-piece set?
One D4, one D6, one D8, two D10s (one marked 0 to 9 and one marked 00 to 90), one D12 and one D20. Glass and gemstone sets arrive in a padded display and storage box.
What sizes does the apparel come in?
T-shirts and hoodies run from S to 3XL, and some run to 4XL. Check the specific product page, since the range varies by talent.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. Shipping is free in the continental US, free to Canada over $100 USD and free worldwide over $250 USD. Customs handling can add time we cannot control.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days and we cover return postage. If a die arrives damaged, the lifetime warranty covers the replacement instead.

Loss and theft, and internal cracks in stone and glass. We replace the damaged die, not the whole set.
Replacement shipping
$5 in the US, $10 to Canada, $20 international. Stone replacements take 4 to 6 weeks as they are often made to order.
